Renting by a client

Consultation and presentation of offers for rent is completely free.
Once you make a decision to rent particular flat we take commission of a standard amount of one month’s rent, but details will be setted.
Moreover, you get an insurance of the apartment with no additional charge. The insurance covers insurance against damage, burglary, or flooding, but also the professionals such as plumber or electrician!! Offer applies to properties with the rent above 1800 PLN.

Buying by a client

Our advice, consultation and presentation of offers are completely free.
Only when you make the final decision of purchase we take the commission that amounts to 1.9% of property value + VAT.
Moreover, we offer an insurance of the property with no additional charge. For a new house even for 3 years! The insurance covers insurance against damage, burglary, or flooding, but also the professionals such as plumber or electrician.

The owner – renting and selling

Our Property Consultant will ask the owner about the most necessary data to prepare a professional bid. Every property is different, so there are no standard solutions. Details about our commission in these cases will be determined individually.
