Booking a room/an apartment through the Internet

Once we learn about your preferences, we assign you a personal Real Estate Consultant to work on your request. They will be contacting you, sending you offers that meet your expectations and also introduce you to the BUYER-BROKER AGENCY AGREEMENT. You can ask your Consultant all relevant questions regarding the agreement and apartments in Poland.

Your personal Consultant will explain how to fill in the agreement and what to do next. Usually you will be asked to send us signed document via e-mail.

Once you choose the perfect place to live in during your stay, your Consultant will contact you in regards to sign the LEASE CONTRACT between you and the flat owner. All required help and information will be provided by the Consultant.

After the formalities are accomplished, you will be asked to make the bank transfer to validate the contract. Once again your Consultant will provide you all details and answer your enquiries about the procedure. Paying in advance is needed to book the flat for you.

Once all is done and the apartment waiting for you, we will be awaiting details of your arrival in order to help you on the first day of your stay in Poland. We will pass the keys to your apartment and You will sign the contract in the original form. After your arrival you will have to also pay a regular commission to our agency (which is set as 100% of the amount of monthly lease) + VAT (Value Added Tax in Poland is a 22%) of the Property.

Additional Information:

1) Make sure to confirm time and date of your arrival at least 2 weeks before coming to Poland.

2) Before arrival make sure that your Real Estate Consultant knows about it and whether you would like to be picked up from the place of arrival.

3) If you arrive on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday it may be necessary to stay temporarily in a hotel/hostel (if you do not speak with the Real Estate Consultant in advance).
